Ride and Seek: A Bike Safety Adventure
Organized by the Auburn Bicycle Committee
Ride and Seek teaches kids how to ride safe and have fun. Designed for kids in grades K-8, riders and their parents will get safety tips from our experts and test their skills on our mountain bike trail and paved trail. There will be free prizes and a raffle for some great bike equipment!
*The event will be located in the second parking lot on the right as you come into the park.
Little Hammies – Bike Races for Kids
Go Nuts Bike Racing is partnering with the Little Hammies this year for select XC races! If your kiddos haven’t experienced a Little Hammies race, then they are certainly in for a treat!
Categories offered: 3 and Under, 4-6 and 7-9 year olds. Boys and Girls will race separately.
Course Description: Little Hammies Kid’s courses are on a wide, flat, well-marked course on mixed surfaces and in mostly or complete view for parents to watch their little ones. These courses are usually less than 1/4 mile and meant to be simple for great racing. It’s FUN to watch these kids compete for themselves in this individual sport.
8:30AM – Coaching Bike Skills – optional ($25)
9:05AM – Sign up Opens only $15
9:10AM – Warm-Up Laps – open course
10:00AM – Race Begins
Awards to follow! FREE sticker packs and Race Ribbons.

Take a kid mountain biking day is coming up! CAMP SORBA will be participating on Sunday, October 2, 2022, at Chewacla State Park at 2 PM. Meet in the second parking lot.

Chewacla State Park charges entrance fees as follows:
- Individuals 12 to 61 are $4.00 per person
- Children 4 to 11 are $2.00 per person
- Seniors 62 and up are $2.00 per person
- Anyone under 4 is free
- Prior and current military with ID are free
